Removal of NPC names

Gem Repair of gathering knives/axes is available at all blacksmithing NPCs. Suggesting removal of that in detailed info. Also suggesting removal of the NPC row in Jewel Upgrades on individual pages as the same applies, as far as I know.

Actually, my bad. I saw that Nerys could do the gem upgrade on both the gathering axe and knife, and assumed that the wiki was completely wrong. Hur..
