Npc Shop

I don't know how to update this or format it, but it seems this item (and the quiver) can only be bought from NPCs as an elf character. This isn't really obvious on the wiki page.

To edit weapon/equipment pages, you need to look at their corresponding Template:Data(PageName) page. Went ahead and fixed it for you.
