Barrier Spikes?

Why would you try it on Monster Barrier Spikes? Nothing but Shadow Clone Jutsu goes through it anymore.

Doppelganger is the only skill that goes through it as far as I know, but skills like Charging Strike and Assault Slash can damage the enemy on the other side without moving you inside.

Kenero told me that during provocation, none of the gun skills worked on the other side of the barrier except Closer. She also said the damage and stun only hits the enemy, you don't actually go pass the wall.
