Automatic Training gone...and missing skills

So...playing on my new Character, Sariaviolet, I noticed there's no more auto training...did they mess it up? or is it bugged?

To add to this, I no longer receive skills what be would related to the destiny...

What destiny are you using?

Warrior. I'm about to check another alt on her destiny as a ranger, and my alchemist alt.

Ranger alt, no work. alchemist, good as dead.

Also, please report races of these destinies.

I'm a human, and Warrior works fine for me o-o

All of them are human. the Training bonus works, but automatic training...not so much...maybe it's something on my end or an isolated issue...

Automatic training?

As in you can rank it to the next rank without training it. it seems to be missing. all the other minor alts I had during the G15 decision fiasco (gave up working on it) was able to rank skills while having a total of under 100 could rank skill of their respectful destiny. it seems to be absent now. perhaps this is due to abuse? but I think it might be bugged...unsure atm.

Also I'm not learning the skills automatically either. After a certain level, you could learn new skills. Currently Lv20...so more details to come as I progress on my new life...
