How much damage would that do?

I'd say a portion of your magic attack stat since lighting mastery affects it :x

It's very weak with low or no lightning mastery.

Define weak.

Around 12 damage, I believe.

What about with Rank 1 Lightning M?

I am not sure, but this video shows the damages of 21 and 34. However, we do not know her ranks. She does say, however, that Thunder rank does affect it's damage. Don't be too sure though.

30 million Ducats for a sword with frail Lightning damage...

It still has good stats and may be very powerful with good ranks. Especially for those mage-warrior hybrids out there. And remember, you can still dual wield two of them at once.

Dual Wield = 60 Million Ducats.

I think the Tethra or the Tyrfing may be better than this...

Dual Wielding>Two-Handed-Weapon in most situations.

Most is the keyword here.

But I don't think its right to get 60m Ds when I can Dual Venom Swords that only cost 12m Ds. Sure it's weak, but it has Poisoning.

And MOST mobs get poisoned. It doesn't mean all of them get poisoned.

With my r1 lightning mastery and thunder, the lightning attack does 500-1000 damage to the hit enemy and 3 others near it.

I'm guessing it's just an instant single charge thunder on the enemy it activates on.

Which isn't affected by lightning bolt to the best of my knowledge. Cause it's simply a single charge of plain thunder. Also the thunder is delayed. Around a second after you hit the enemy it strikes. Leads to amusing situations.

I'm still curious about the damage. Is it equivalent to the player's Thunder Rank, multiplied by Lightning Mastery?

Also, what would the damage be if you don't have Thunder?

From what I've been told, it doesn't do a lot.

Pretend you did a single charge of thunder with a plain wand. That's how it would be. Also if you have no thunder, it acts like Novice from what i recall.
