Can you use it for other transport methods or is it limited to wagon?

I believe it's limited to wagon, but my friend didn't try testing. oO

Also, another question in regards to commerce. I'm pretty sure my friend told me his inventory size was 10 (that's up by 2, not 1), and the weight to 1100 (that's up by 200, not 300). Who edited that?
