Mastery?
It appears as if Control bars are affected by Combat mastery, my elf had rF CM and used controll bars since the patch, Combat mastery got exp from all mobs attacked with it and my damage seems to be affected ( I'll need more proof though) Can anyone confirm this?

It was intended for Melee, so I don't see why Control Bars shouldn't benefit from CM.
