Days..Hours..minutes?

Shouldn't it be 21 days exactly til you can rebirth? It does say '3 weeks'.. --Kevin 03:26, 27 January 2009 (UTC)

Actually its 20 days. From my experiments, you can rebirth when the counter says 20 days 0 hours. It's a one day window before 21 as to make sure you can rebirth in 21 days. 20 days between rebirths.--Trickybomb 04:02, 27 January 2009 (UTC)

Weekly Rebirths

I wanted to test something after a friend told me that he rebirthed after 6 days.
I kept going to the rebirth screen every hour (In-Game, it would be "Rebirth Info 6 Days 15 Hours") from the 15 hour mark.
When the Rebirth clock said 6 Days 20 Hours, I was able to rebirth.
In Conclusion, weekly rebirths are actually 6 days and 0 hours. If this pattern was long enough, you could rebirth 7 times compared to the normal 6 times. -- Zephyre 11:21, 28 April 2009 (UTC)

Actually, I think how it works is that you can't rebirth before midnight the day of your last rebirth. So if you were rebirthing weekly and you rebirthed say...Monday at 11 PM, you could rebirth as early as midnight Monday morning the following week but not at even 11:59 PM Sunday night. That's just what a couple months of weekly rebirthing has shown me. XD--Qaccy 20:42, 26 August 2009 (UTC)

Age Select

My character's age is currently 13. When using a basic card to rebirth, on the Age select part of the window, only ages 13 and under appear. It won't let me rebirth into an older character.--Kong 19:30, 5 September 2009 (UTC)

Level high enough and rebirth early?

a friend of mine ingame is able to rebirth earlier than the specified time after lvl 68-70ish, i don't have enough time to grind up that high, can anyone that can do this in less than a week confirm the rumor? Miyani 11:53, 6 February 2010 (UTC)

Level has nothing to do with it. You can rebirth in less than a week as the "Weekly Rebirth" comments point out. --- Angevon (Talk) 17:29, 6 February 2010 (UTC)

Do you keep premium appearance features when using a free rebirth?

If a character has premium appearance features from a previous rebirth, will those features be kept when going through the free Age 20 rebirth? --Fulvia 21:25, 10 February 2010 (UTC)

Yes, you do keep your premium features even after a free rebirth. However you'll need to get a paid rebirth if you wish to change your appearance again. --Δκυmσ - ταłκ 21:44, 10 February 2010 (UTC)

Rebirthing warning for mules under TL 30

-After finding out the hard way by mistake.-
If you keep a mule level 29 and under for free service, every rebirth will add +1 to your total level, since level 1 counts as a level earned.
So if you are total level 29, current level 1 and rebirth you will be bumped up to total 30 and lose service. --Sai 04:24, 26 August 2010 (UTC)

Using a card to rebirth without changing appearance

"If your character has premium looks, they will remain when the character rebirths even if the rebirth is free or you use a Basic Card to rebirth the character. "

From my experience, this line is incorrect. My character has premium looks and no matter what I've tried, the only way to rebirth with a card is a premium card even if all I did was select that I wanted to reset my age and levels. Can someone else confirm? You don't even need to buy the cards, just someone with premium looks select the rebirth option, select that you want to reset levels, and see if the game tells you to buy a premium or basic card. My character has premium looks and I just Select "Reset Levels and Age" and deselect "Change gender and appearence", then I chose Rebirth in Iria/Tir. When the char thing comes up it says "This character requires a premium card", but I just click "OK" and it uses the basic card. Don't believe nexon's fail text. Also, free rebirth is always free. If you select "Change Gender and appearance" it won't let you, you can't select that if you try to rebirth with a basic card. Or nexon went money nazi on us and patched it after 2 years. Tellos 22:44, 9 November 2010 (PST)

I'm looking at the screenshot right now.. only 'Reset Lv, Expl. Lv, Age' is checked. Chosen location was Iria. After clicking Rebirth, OK button was greyed out and "You cannot be revived using your current character card. Purchase a new character card or make another selection." was displayed. As of G11, I was able to rebirth Tellos with a basic card despite his premium looks by having only the basic card and selecting to rebirth via the character screen. I would just select to be level 1 and click "OK" and it'd go through. But if this is really the case then Nexon is being a cash Nazi. It was only a matter of time anyways :'(. It seems you don't get a free dye from rebirthing at the npc areas for free. Does anyone know if you can still rebirth with special outfit premium cards or something and that might trigger the dye?

Except you can no longer RB with cards. Unless that's another one of Nexon's typos or something.

The patch notes say certain character cards so I'm not so sure. Well the wiki one anyway lol.

I already know someone who had to exchange their premium outfit card for pons. Though, considering Nexon's inconsistency when it comes to their announcement pages 8I.

Do you know what kind of things are in the gift box? It's a shame for an outfit card to go. Well either way I guess we can remove that section then? I think I still got a nao book from going to see them, memory is a little fuzzy on that though. Can confirm when I'm able to rebirth in 5 hours.

If you do pay the 39 pons needed to rebirth as an Ace. You can get a dye amp from rebirth.

When I tried to do a free rebirth with my character it would not let me keep my premium looks... Did they update it to do that? (I don't really want to pay just for that QQ...)

It's just a visual error. You will still keep your looks, even with a free rebirth.

I knew about that... But it never did this to me before, and it never said the notice about stared looks being premium. I am really unsure if I should rebirth to see if it works or not...

Ok... I just rebirthed and it was fine :)

"It must be no less than 7 days real time since the player's last rebirth before they may rebirth again using a character card. Prior to Generation 13, the player was only required to wait till the real time day that they last rebirthed."

I've been able to rebirth at 6 days 1 hour without fail, and I know two of my friends can as well. (We keep our rebirths synched to the hour.) So, you can rebirth at less than seven days, but not less than 6 days 1 hour.

You're able to rebirth on your seventh day, it doesn't have to be a complete 7 days. 361 minutes is sufficient, is it not?

An update this week has caused a glitch in the entire rebirth system, most likely because of the beginner daily rebirths. There are many different problems occuring and the specific problems need to be found. So far from my research it has been noted in the Nexon forums that:

• free rebirth age has been changed (does anyone know what the current age is?)
• beginner daily rebirth does not work properly
• rebirth with a card is not useable for all(?) players

If someone can confirm what the problems are, what the current free rebirth age is, and if there are any other problems, it would be much appreciated.

Based on checking my old alts, characters of age 21 and older seem to still be able to free rebirth. No word on beginner daily rebirth or paid rebirth, though.
