The actual enchant on the Gothic Riding Suit from auction is not Academic. It is Scholar and should be changed to that. I would change it myself but I am new to the wiki and I do not know how to change it without destroying the rest of the section.
Could you double check the enchant bonuses if possible, because it is noted in the text "Note: Academic may also appear as Scholar, but should not be confused with the Scholar enchant".
Yes. The Gothic Riding Suit has a Scholar enchant but the effects of the enchants are the same as Scholar, not Academic. I do not have it on me at the moment, but I remember the enchant had the effects of the Scholar enchant and not requiring that I would need to be a Royal Alchemist to gain the effects. If the Suit had the Academic enchant on it, it is a bug because the enchant can only be on the Royal Alchemist Boots.
I recently got the Dominator Enchant from the WD and I just noticed there is virtually no info on this particular ES at all that I could find off of Google. For now, I added a red link reference on the White Dragon Raid page, but as for the ES itself I can only only remember the following since I dropped it (after failing it 20 times in a row):
Dominator
- Enchant enabled rank regardless
- Personalize
- Suffix, rank 3
- One-handed Weapons
- +8-15 Max Damage if...?
- +5~8% Critical if...?
- +10 Str if...?
- Comes On/From: Exclusive Enchant Scroll (White Dragon Raid)
I also know there was an increased repair fee penalty as well as a stat reduction (something like -50 HP) Sorry that I didn't keep the ES or take a screen shot of it. I also apologize if it's bad protocol to edit an unconfirmed ES for the WD raid drop section, but I just thought people might like to know about it.

P.S. For what it's worth, I say for certain that 3 other people saw this ES while it was in my inventory, since they were the ones helping me enchant with it (Loopy, CCholy, Nozomu).
If I'm not mistaken...
Ruler

When combat mastery r1+ max dmg +8~15
When windmill r1+ crit +5~8
When smash r1+ str +10

Drops From: White Dragon Raid
Why is it that adding CP is red and lowering CP is blue? That is meant for interpretation. For example, I need a taming cane that adds CP, that doesn't make adding CP bad. Perhaps we should make neutral stats another color like green?
I know, but that doesn't mean higher CP is a bad thing, was my point. For Taming Wild Animals, for example, you want higher CP.
It'd be neutral if it was in another value that isn't negative nor positive. As you said, it's based on point of view.
1+1=2
You're increasing by negative 1.
You're decreasing by positive 1.
In both bases, your end result is 1 higher than your original value, resulting in a positive change.
I don't see why you deleted your comment, Angy. It's what I would've suggested. Green seems even more of a positive view than blue does.
Neh...I'd just keep Decrease in cp blue and and increase in red. As I recall, the game does it so that it is reversed. Increased is blue and decrease is red.
