Talk:Options Dialog
- looks good! =) and I found this very helpful -- Ladywinter 00:49, 13 March 2009 (UTC)
- I'm glad the screen shots and the inclusion of the tool tips were found helpful. Unfortunately, there isn't much help beyond the tool tips in game (Nexon has really poor documentation). Hopefully I'll find some time to add layman's terms explanations of what some of these options mean. -- Traeonna
- I feel like an idiot now for not running spell check on my earlier edit. -- Deathbob 16:56, 15 March 2009 (UTC)
- My screen keeps turning around automaticaly. When I change it with 'right click and drag' about 7 seconds later it returns to the original postion. This didn't happen when I first joined Mabinogi. I tried to change up my options, and it still happens. Does anyone know of anyway I could fix this? Please help - Hershey687 1:39, 3 September 2009 (EST)
- You've got autocamera on. Just press z (I think). ---Angevon 17:58, 3 September 2009 (UTC)
Antialiasing
I have a very, very powerful computer, but the option box for antialiasing is always greyed out and I can't select anything. Anyone else have this problem? Is it built into Mabi? IHarryl 06:06, 27 May 2010 (UTC)
- As far as I know, FSAA is disabled for everyone. But.. there are some "things", which I shall never speak of on the wiki, that can serve as an alternative. --κєνıи (»тαıĸ«) 06:31, 27 May 2010 (UTC)
- You can set custom (forced) FSAA on mabi (client.exe) through your graphics card settings, if you have a dedicated graphics card.--Hengsheng120·TALKCONTRIBS 07:32, 27 May 2010 (UTC)
- I've set forced Antialiasing settings through my graphics card, but that forces it onto a lot of other games too- despite me specifying the .exe. Oh well- I was only wondering if it was my messed up version of Mabi or if it was common. Thanks. IHarryl 07:40, 27 May 2010 (UTC)
Rendering Specular
What exactly does this option do? I turned it on and off over and over, and saw no changes. Edit: here's my sign, sorry :P --Sephy 06:17, 12 September 2010 (UTC)

No matter where I map the Zoom Out/Zoom In hotkey in keyboard settings, it doesn't work. Also, neither does zooming in/out with the pad. I can only toggle mabi's zoom with a mouse. . .
Not worth it, I'd rather use a trap pad then lag a few seconds to go into full screen mode to move my cursor to the edge of the screen. Mouses just slow me down way too much.
There is, but that doesn't let you toggle zoom in windowed mode, and who actually plays in fullscreen by choice?
No, I'm saying you can use a mouse, lock the mouse to the window and/or just make the window the exact size so you can't click out if it anyways and then you can zoom with the mouse wheel like a normal person.
Why would I want to not be able to click out of the window in windows mode if locking it in the window won't let me zoom by dragging the mouse to the edge of the screen? And the whole point of this thread is to not use a mouse.
You said you wanted to move the mouse to the edge of the screen (for whatever reason). I don't know why you'd wanna do that....As I said just play in windowed mode and use a mouse. Mouse wheel zooms in/out. Problem completely solved! You're welcome.
As I said, I'd rather not be able to zoom than use a mouse. And I did not say move my mouse to the edge of the screen, I said the cursor. When playing in fullscreen mode, that toggles zoom and camera angle. That is what I meant.
I suppose you can use some external program to emulate the mouse and use unused/unbounded keys to do said functions...
is there a way to remove a skill if you placed it in the wrong place? I'm talking about those 2 extra hotkey bars.
