This is wrongly stated. Krug's Morning Star Reinforcement does NOT add Min Atk but it adds MAX ATK!
So this would not be Attack 38-33 but Attack 28-43, which is NOT the Highest Min nor Min>Max, but is Highest Max

Which brings up my question...why do we have it as 'Krug Style Morning Star Reinforcement'?

Upgrade names are provided by the user and tend to change with subsequent updates. Since most names hardly change over time, people don't really check it after each update/revision

Did you use the upgrade? Sometimes it says it does something, but actually does something else like many titles.

As I stated earlier, upgrade name and info are provided by users and placed here. Translation errors hardly gets fixed and many people don't double check after updates/revisions since there is hardly any reason to.

You can see it for yourself in the Item Info. I upgraded my morning star to 1/5, and it has 12-43. If you compare that to the upgrade sequence, there is no way that the weapon ends up having 33 as max atk.
