What has become of the Magic Golem with the new update? Since the crystals are gone, has it simply been removed from the game?

I believe Magic Golem Crystals still exist and work like they used to?

Just to be clear, no crystal no longer works or is removed. You can still use them by ctrl-clicking (or right click using) them. It's not like magic golems were craftable, so no difference were made to them.
