Which types of gathering does this affect? Is it specific towards non-skill-related gathering?

Below are the list of gatherings that I can think of:

• Wool
• Eggs
• Milking
• Collecting Water
• Harvesting Elementals
• Mining
• Potato Diggin'
• Barley/Wheat Reapin'
• Mushie Pickin'
• Artifact Unearthin'
• Firewood
• Herbs
• Metallurgy/Sifting
