You have a chance of obtaining it from a fashion gachapon. You can get a fashion gachapon in the premium shop only accessible in game. But I don't suggest you buying one because they cost $1 each and the things you get from it is mostly junk. I got a remote healer coupon, an age potion, a yellow rose and a tree costume kit... =_= I'm really unlucky. ---Lloyd

Is there any handgear that satisfy the requirements for glove on Small and also metal gauntlet for Damaging? or is it impossible to get -200 cp on a handgear item? - hollywoodkid

Fluted gauntlet and counter gauntlet. I think those still work. regardless, good luck.
