So does anyone know the odds (approximate or exact) of triggering the cutscene and going up a rank?

For what it's worth, I've got 1 cutscene out of 6 tries...

So far 60+ fine reforges and 10 credne, no cutscene yet.

Odds are quite slim. It took me nearly 150~ before I got a cutscene.

Should we have a video of reforging rank up/Critical Reforge?

I don't find it necessary. Not like we put cutscenes on the wiki anyway.

As for "critical" reforge, are you sure? I recall getting crappy reforge after a cutscenes at rank one. I'll check again if I ever get anymore.

o-o I've gotten a few and you get some pretty high ones. I got a Will Lv18 at rank 1 and it ranked up again for a craptastic Shadow Spirit Lv19.

If it matters, all the thigns I've "critical reforge" have yet to hit below Lv17 :s

Hm. Might be right on that "Crit" reforge. Got two crappy high lv upgrades in a row w/ scene.

3rd in a row. Lv 20 dex + lv 17 falcon max dmg. y.

...That's okay man. At least you don't have this reforge:

• Daemon of Physis Duration Lv2
• Final Hit Duration Lv5
• Fury of Connous Max Stamina Lv4

Well, some Elf NPCs have final hit, and not to mention elf stacking. . . Anyways, sorry to derail.

You wouldn't be able to get an elf + beast to stack anyway. :C

That's one pro reforge tho. Multi-race support.

If players were able to stack Falcon+DK, and Elf NPCs can get final hit, imagine what kind of trans stacking NPCs could do! D= They could probably be a falcon, beast, and use transformation mastery as the same time! (Joking of course.)

After I edited this, I went onto Credne's page and it says that it has a chance of receiving a rank 2 reforge? Does this mean you have to use that before using this one to receive a rank one? Or can both rank up your reforge? Or can you skip from 3 to 1? If you have a rank 1 and use Credne, can it lower rank to 2?

Credne can do everything this one can but its also capable of increasing the reforge rank. Once you reach your ideal reforge rank, you can continue on and only use this kit. However, as you increase reforge rank, more types of reforges are also unlocked. So if, lets say the reforge you're looking for starts showing up at rank 2, it would be ideal to stop there and not reach rank 1 so you don't accidentally increase the pool of possible reforges. I believe Solar wrote a guide on this as well, but I didn't understand reforges at the time so it sounded like gibberish to me.

But wouldnt rank 1 also increase the max level of the reforge, benefiting it more than it would at rank 2?

Wait, so can this one rank up reforges? It did use to say it can rank to 2 and the cutscene trivia in the end kinda implies it can.

Fine Tools can rank up reforges to 1. As a matter of fact, my sword had already ranked up to 1 as a result of the Fine Reforging Tool, but upon using another later on I got the cutscene again. I wish there was a rank beyond 1... I would have it. *sadface*

Yeah, I kinda already figured out all the reforging things. Just too busy to update all these pages.
