Just learned that these come in flashy, should I replace the image or make a special color section for it, since you can dye it .3.?

Black Stars are also flashy. They are flashy by default if I am not mistaken. JP only has png'd icons but I think they are flashy as well.

So...replace icon .3.?

Not at all. I just repaired them now. I know it's awfully similar to the regular Dowra SE.

How are they determined in the gachs? Apparently, there are still randomproduct values, though they can't be crafted (gotta fix that)...

Safe to say they are all bast stats, both Black Stars and Golden Guns.
