It looks like a Dingo with an Ancient title...I don't see what's unusual.

Think he doesn't know what Ancient titles are...

I guess I incorrectly worded my request.

Exactly WHAT does this title do for the Dingo? Stats? EXP gain? The only thing that I could say about it is that it has drastically higher HP than the regular Dingo, and I found that out from fighting it. But even if it's only that, exactly what is the measure of increase with THAT title on THAT monster?

Well, that clears up a lot, given how rarely Another World is frequented, to the point of near desolation. I THINK I've seen that title elsewhere, but I felt that the title would be inscribed to a not-Uladh monster type.

So, ANY spawns/already spawned monster that haven't been killed for five (real-time) hours straight is capable of acquiring this title?

Yep. Except dungeon monsters. You can find tons of them in Ant Hell.
