Special upgrades refer to Red or Blue Stones.

Well, I was refering to them then.

I attempted to special upgrade the Demonic Gloomy Sunday, but the anvil tells me it's not an item that can be upgraded.

It has a gem upgrade applied, so it should meet the requirement.

EDIT: Well, pardon me. It appears that the reason I couldn't upgrade, was because the item was sealed. I forgot the iitem was sealed a few days ago, so I'm still not used to it.

It says +8 but i think it is +6. Can any confirm it is in fact 8? Otherwise ill change it.

Also, have you ever gotten a min value below 3 for the same artisan?

Brandoi09 changed it to 8, I initially placed it as 1~6.

Deletion made the changes to the min/max values of the Gloomy Sunday Artisan Upgrade.

But even the 1 from the 1~6 doesn't seem to be possible? Did you actually get a 1 from artisaning?

It should be a min of 3 music buff, not 1.

Yes. ...After artisan rerolling 40 times...the tables were wrong...so I pretty much changed them now. One has max damage rolls with no music buff, the other has music buff and max damage, but considerably lower.
