Can't be repaired by Meles. Just tried as of 3-18-10 Jeddak

Quote under "Human Use": "...then talk to him with a regular L-Rod in your inventory..." This is incorrect. You don't need a regular L-Rod in this process. This should be edited to say something like "...with the Cold Wind L-Rod [that you just bought] in your inventory..." Should I edit it? *Is a new member on the wiki*
