Course. Happens with anything that's being attempted to be full repaired instead of point by point, which works fine.

Does he full repair and say "Huh?" or does he not full repair and just leave you hanging at "huh"? Does this apply to successes, failures, or both?

He does not even attempt to full repair.

He's probably glitched.

maybe just glitched when trying to complete repair. 1 Point repairs work just fine...even if his rate does not seem to be 98%; he broke 8 points while point by point repairs where in progress...maybe just bad luck today.
