devCat Balloon

The devCat Balloon has been released to my knowledge, I've seen a fellow with it.

Flying Puppet...

lump with shoulder or new list?

All of them have special effects right? I'd say move it onto "Flying Puppets" and simply say they have shoulder functions.

By the way, you can only equip one Flying Puppet at a time, yes?

Only support ones have special function. And yes, only 1 flying puppet can be equipped at any given moment.

For now, I just lumped it with Shoulder as a sublist/whatever. Other than 2 of them being support...yeah they just function as a regular accessory.

Uhm, I've noticed the in-game names of the accessories lack "Flying" in them. I know it says "flying" on Nexon's announcement, but I think they're just exaggerating because they float. Shouldn't we change to reflect that?

...I would think that would be a self-explanatory answer.

I created the Shoulder Accessory header with, kept in mind, that these other accessories would one day be released. (Shoulder accessory is by no means an official term, and no official one exists to my knowledge.) However, I don't think being able to do certain abilities makes it NOT a Shoulder Accessory, that seems more relevant to the specific item, rather than a group of items.

Accessories preventing clothing from gaining proficiency removed?

Not sure if this is old news, but my clothing are still gaining prof even with two full dura accessories equipped. I haven't tested whether this means the damage absorbing ability is also gone though.
