Homestead Expansion Permit (Stage 6)

A permit that lets you expand your Homestead by a width of 8 and height of 8. Only Homesteads that have already used Homestead Expansion Permit (Stage 5) can use this. This permit can only be used on a Homestead once.
Details
- Expands the homestead to Stage 6.
- Can only be used if the homestead is at Stage 5.
