A permit that lets you expand your Homestead by a width of 6 and height of 6. Only Homesteads at level 14 or higher can be expanded. This permit can only be used on a Homestead once.

- Expands the homestead to Stage 1.
- Can only be used if the homestead is at Level 14 or higher.
