Exploration Cap Quests (Elf)

The content on this page is no longer a feature of Mabinogi.

Every five exploration levels, you will need to complete an exploration cap quest in order to level your exploration any higher.

As of Generation 10 Season 2, cap quests no longer need to be repeated upon rebirth.

Level 5 Quest: Find the hidden Eye of the Sun

How to Get Quest	Buy from a Quest Board
Quest Cost	120 G
Briefing	At a valley south of Filia, you'll find a stone statue with humongous set of eyes. Apparently, these stone statues are found in one place. Too bad it's hidden in magic, so you'll have to figure that out yourself.
Objectives	Talk to Hagel Use L-Rod to find the hidden Eye of the Sun Report results on the Quest Board
Rewards	198 Exploration Experience 900 Character Experience
Info	Eye of the Sun location Find a statue via Exploration southwest of Connous Arena. It is the same as "The Eye of the Sun That Magically Vanished" elf beginner quest. Click on the Connous quest board to finish the quest.

How to Get Quest	Buy from a Quest Board
Quest Cost	220 G
Briefing	Apparently, at a desert near the north Mana Tunnel of Longa Desert, a stone statue of a head of a ram is found there. Based on the fact that we're finding remnants of goats in the middle of the desert, I am beginning to think that maybe this area wasn't all sand in the beginning.
Objectives	Use L-Rod to find the hidden Ram Stone Statue Report results on the Quest Board
Rewards	292 Exploration Experience 1,500 Character Experience
Info	Locations of the Ram Stone Statues Find a Ram Head Statue via Exploration. They are located in the desert area directly to the east of the North Longa Desert Mana Tunnel. Just North of 'Longa' in Longa Desert. Click on the Connous quest board to finish the quest.

Briefing	According to the legends, way back in the day, Longa Desert used to be a fertile rainforest. The Stone Statue of the Tree and a Monkey that is thought to be made around that time is apparently found near the east Mana Tunnel of Longa Desert... I hear that there are a number of different types of Statue of the Tree and the Monkey, so please find it and verify that this is true.
Objectives	Use L-Rod to find the Stone Statue of 1 Monkey Use L-Rod to find the Stone Statue of 2 Monkeys Use L-Rod to find the Stone Statue of 3 Monkeys Use L-Rod to find the Stone Statue of 4 Monkeys Report results on the Quest Board
Rewards	382 Exploration Experience 2,250 Character Experience
Info	Monkey Tree Statue Locations The Stone Statues are located in the desert area around the East Mana Tunnel that is South of Filia. The Statue of 1 Monkey is about where the R of 'Longa Desert' is, or further due East. The Statue of 2 Monkeys is a bit South of the D in 'Longa Desert', or North-East to the second E of 'Desert'. The Statue of 3 Monkeys is a bit South of the G or A in 'Longa Desert'. The Statue of 4 Monkeys is far South of the LON in 'Longa Desert'. The path from the Stone Statue of 1 Monkey, to the Stone Statue of 4 Monkeys slopes southwest.

Briefing	Around the west region of Connous, specifically near the giant rhino mark, is where a Giant Stone Statue is found. We can't tell based on the records left by the Ancient Elves whether this Giant Stone Statue was for them or against them... please use L-Rod to find this hidden Giant Stone Statue and use your bare hands to gather up 5 stone fragments of the Giant Stone Statue.
Objectives	Use L-Rod to find the hidden Giant Stone Statue Collect 5 stone fragments of the Giant Stone Statue and deliver them to Quest Board
Rewards	517 Exploration Experience 3,150 Character Experience
Info	Giant Stone Statue The Giant Stone Statues are a couple grid squares east of the giant rhino mark, near the South Longa Desert Mana Tunnel. Gathering from these statues rarely yields Yellow Heart of Giant Stone Statue, required for the quest to obtain Mirage Missile. Extra Fragments and Yellow Hearts of the Giant Stone Statue can be used for the level 19 exploration quests "Collect 5 stone fragments of the Giant Stone Statue" and "Collect 1 Yellow Heart of the Giant Stone Statue".
