Description
A young man with a haughty expression, his silky blonde hair pulled into a ponytail. He looks utterly bored, but at the same time, quite confident in himself.
Devi unwillingly manages the branch of the Erskin Bank in Taillteann as part of his military service. He has the look of an Aristocratic Businessman and has a slightly jovial personality. He wears luxurious looking clothing and has long blond hair. He despises Fallon and his military rank because of his peasant background. He also greatly dislikes children, who he considers Pierrick to be. He accuses every woman in town of being ugly, specifically mentioning Brenda.
History
He is descended from one of the noble lines; he states that he'd be tenth in line for the succession of the throne of the Aliech Kingdom.
