Cannot be transferred to someone else or used at a shop.

Details

• This check carries the full value of an Auction House seller's sale if the sale value should exceed their Bank limit of gold.
  • The full value is the full value; all of the gold, exceeding or not, will be placed into this Check.
• Depositing a Certified Check into the Bank will reward the player with the full amount of gold that their Bank can hold, and then reduce the Certified Check's value by the appropriate amount.
  • In effect, the Certified Check acts as a one-way Gold Pouch.
• There is a 5% processing fee for writing this check, in addition to the regular 5% transaction fee the Auction House applies onto the seller.
  • Unlike regular Checks, players with Premium Service will still incur this processing fee.
    • Auction House Fee Discount Coupons can still remove the transaction fee, however.

Limitations

Cannot be sold to NPCs.
Cannot be sold in personal shops.
Cannot be traded with others.
Can be dropped.
Cannot be picked up by others.
Cannot be stored in pets.
Can be stored in the bank.
Can be withdrawn by others.
