Table for Elemental Cylinders

Found and reconstructed the elemental effects of cylinders and alchemy skills, though if you want to tinker with it before adding, here is my take on it.

Should we bother listing the fact that demonic fire and water cylinders get a 36%+ bonus to their alchemic elements?

It seems that the values have decreased by a bit. I don't see anything referring to the current %'s shown here in itemdb.xml. They seem to be lower in there (except there's no penalty values in the xml.)

After further research, it seems it's been that way in the itemdb since r72... Where did these values come from?

Do the Fomor Cylinders have the same damage boost as the respective non-Fomor elemental cylinder? e.g does Fomor Hurricane Cylinder have the +36% to wind alchemy that the normal Hurricane Cylinder has?
