Disappearing Chests in Courcle
Is it just me, or do the chests seem to disappear in Courcle right away when exploring? It doesn't happen all the time, but sometimes they appear for only a couple of seconds (1-3 seconds maybe) and -Poof-. Other times they just don't appear at all even though I get the exploration exp. --Akumo 14:10, 18 July 2009 (UTC)
- Yeah, the chests can disappear very quickly. I'm not sure about the chest never appearing at all, though. ---Angevon 16:21, 18 July 2009 (UTC)
- Several times the chest appears and disappear in the same instant. Most of my guildmates that have tried exploring since the update have had this happen, too. --Aramet 16:26, 18 July 2009 (UTC)
- I think there's an actually pattern to the disappearing chests and this pattern is different for each person. My chests ALWAYS disappear at XX:10 in-game time/every 1 hour in-game at XX:10. PM or AM had no effect on this.
- 6:10-->7:10-->8:10-->And so on...
- The time is not exactly at XX:10 but a few seconds in (ex. I find something at 1:10 but it disappears at 2:10, probably because I was able to get past the 1 hour mark). I've asked my friend to do this test as well and she had a pattern of every 40 minutes in game in which the chest would disappear.
- 7:00-->7:40-->8:20-->9:00-->9:40-->10:20 and so on~
- I even spied on a person who was exploring and her chest seem to disappear every hour at XX:30. Hopefully my researching helps with finding out when they disappear. (I'll still continue on this)--Akumo 22:28, 22 July 2009 (UTC)
- I can vouch that it's definitely on a timer (if that wasn't already decided) as everything found through exploration can disappear as soon as it's found. However, I don't think it's something simple like every 40 in-game minutes. Maybe every 38. In which case, use the MabinogiWorld homepage as a means of having a very up-to-date time to check with. --~Zallist 22:46, 22 July 2009 (UTC)
- It's just an issue with how quickly the chests in Courcle respawn. Exploration chests/artifacts disappearing has actually been a problem ever since exploration came out. Basically the chests have set timers by which they appear/disappear and if you find something just before it's set to disappear then well, tough luck. Given the shorter timers, Courcle chests appear/disappear more frequently and as such, it's a more frequent problem.--Mystickskye 23:54, 22 July 2009 (UTC)

Might depend on the bridge. While I was flying from Courcle to Connous on a daily basis, I noticed every time, the bridge was made by a different person.
I was more along the lines of saying they last under a day. Lasting only an hour sounds like a tiny time frame.
If you really want to know, stand by your bridge and check back every hour, when you notice it isn't there anymore is a rough estimation of how much time. After you get that, create another bridge and come back about an hour before that rough estimation and try to come with an exact time.
