Description
Castellon is an event helper for the Independence Day Convoy Event (2011) and the Spirit Caravan Escort Event.
He trades Elven Convoy Vouchers and Special Elven Convoy Vouchers for a Independence Day Event Reward Box containing many prizes.
During the Independence Day Convoy Event, Castellon sends goods to Vermont. However, Vermont decides to repay the favor by sending goods back to Castellon in the Spirit Caravan Escort Event.
