Description
The Black Sheep are Merino hybrids that have been specially bred to produce jet-black fur instead of naturally white fur.
The Black Sheep for sale at the shop are of the same breed as the Black Sheep from the Lorna and Pan Series. Also, they have the same exact abilities as the White Sheep which explains their ample supply of wool and extremely high intelligence.
One of the most prominent benefits of having a pet Sheep is the critical role its fur plays in helping the weaver. The quality wool they can shear from the Black Sheep serves as the main source of weaving material in Erinn.
The Black Sheep not only supplies the highest quality wool, but they will also stay still to facilitate the shearing process.
Their fur thrives on MP, so you can shear more wool with more active acquisition of MP. But remember, the final wool product will not be black just because their fur is black.
They consistently help around the house unlike other pets, so they will gradually become weak and eventually reach retirement age; their fur will subsequently begin to thin and fade, and you won't be able to shear as much wool. After 10 years of fulfilling their duties of supplying wool, the Black Sheep will begin to catch up on much-needed rest.
What more could you ask for in a pet other than the Black Sheep's loyalty and altruism for their masters?
