Description
A quick template used in the General Mabinogi News section of the Wiki Home to provide consistency within the notices.
Parameters

| server | If only a specific server is being taken down, fill out server parameter. | Server name(s) | Alexina Server |
| isUnscheduled | If defined by y/yes, "scheduled" will become "unscheduled". Any other value will display "scheduled". | y/yes | y |
| isUpdate | If defined by y/yes, "maintenance" will become "update". Any other value will display "maintenance". | y/yes | y |
| date | The date of the scheduled/unscheduled maintenance/update. | Any text value | January 1st, 2000 |
