I wish we can collectively put together all the known Doll Bags in one chart. If not only the doll-bags, all the known pouches or any item-bags along with anything else like it.
It would be nice if at some part of that page were to have a chart for each attributes of the titles listed so the user can rearrange them from highest or to lowest for any given attribute. Like how some of the clothing lists have charts to see which item is cheapest or which has the highest/lowest durability.
It would be nice to have a video-gallery in the near future, which may focus on cut-scenes. Recently, the Iria Saga focuses on the use of videos to reveal more of the story or plot in-depth. Past cut-scenes were just hints and a glimmer of the story yet these should also be included.
Maybe videos of cutscenes could be implemented with Maxwell's script project, but I would leave that up to him.
Are you volunteering to record videos? Or suggesting it for someone else to do? I'd be interested in seeing them since I'm not playing Mabi anymore.
Should we post the time of the update according to what Sabina said, 11pm PST or should we wait until then to address it on the headline?
"No maintenance tomorrow. Patch/maintenance will most likely happen 11 P.M. Pacific on Thursday night." [1]
I feel some words in some articles, especially those with materials, recipes, upgrades, and anything that has to deal with listing items; should have some of the words become icons while leaving similar words and names to stay as texts to prevent confusion. If the subject can be left as an icon/image it would be better; if it cannot be represent by any icon/image it should stay as a word or text.
Icons should appear only appear in parts of the list, tables, and charts to solely represent that one item. If a similar looking item and icon were there, it would cause a bit of confusion; they should remain as texts instead. The icons before they are clicked upon, should have the correct name of the item it represents. So when a cursor hovers on top of the icon, it will display what it should be representing.
Icons are the most used feature in the game, it should be the same for some parts of the wiki. When the item or subject is part of an article or is the main article; the icon should be next to or above a text or the name it represents. Gems, are the best candidate for this format. No gem has the same icon/image and players will already know what they are looking for because of the image the icon is showing them.
As for things such as: ores, ore fragments, ingots, metal-plates, metal-bars, fomor scrolls - any scroll, potions, leather-straps, leather-types, firewood-grades, spools of thread (i.e.: thin, thick, etc.); these items should have first the text name of the grade or type, followed by an icon representing the material or item. This may seem like a lot of changes but it will help smoothen out a player's research.
As the previous paragraph above this one shows; notice how much space it took up as texts. As a list, text are a bit confusing especially if the same type of material is being repeated over and over. A table is much more organized but it cannot be used for every sort of article. Icons help the page look a bit more organized and easy to digest. It will need to be changed so that icons fit in or else icons/images will float around causing even more confusion.
I am not sure if it is possible to have icons/images show up next to the search results. It would be a great feature to have since most players know how something looks before they even have a clue of the name of the item or subject. I understand we cannot search via icon search but if the player at least knows a hint of whatever it is they are looking for; images and icons that appear alongside the search result would speed up their research.
...I am also mentioning this for the fact that when the time for the Animist/Shaman update reaches NA Mabinogi. The icons/images that is part of the update would become useful. The great amount of fomor and NPC icons will be a great addition to each article or pages that relates to it.
Are these the ideas that you had? (original text versions are in the images because I was showing my friends.)

I hope this will fuel the fire, sort of speak: example 1 (http://wakfu.wikia.com/wiki/Osamodas); example 2 (http://dofuswiki.wikia.com/wiki/Ecaflip); example 3 (http://wakfu.wikia.com/wiki/Equipment_Set/List). I hope some pages for skills will be illustrated like this and like this page the set of skills lead to further detail pages about it.
It's going to create a hell of a lot of confusion, especially when so many items use the same icons, but I'll see what we can do to make it work.
But really, how hard is it to read that? :l
I asked a few of my friends and they (and I) prefer the way it is now with the text, but one of them liked the use of the quality of the item and then the icon (Fine [Leather Icon]).
And changing our skill pages to look similar to the ones used for Wakfu and Dofus? uhh... :c
Same.
It'd be really weird having a prefix and an icon (Fine [Leather]).
And it'd be tedious as ffff to have to scroll over every icon if it were just icon only (scroll over to see the name "Fine Leather").
It seems to have him reward you a woodboard the player must do 2 part-time jobs in Dunbarton before going to Ascon. The player must work for Walter and Simon. Working only for either one them will still yield a woodboard to be awarded to the player if done so.
I accidentally came about this secret after trying to decide where to start the day off; in Bangor for Edern or stay in the area and work in Dunbarton. Every time I worked in Bangor, Ascon never gave me the woodboard as a reward choice. He only gave me either the extra gold bonus or extra exp bonus as choices.
I kept experimenting on working at Bangor and Dunbarton to see if it will change anything. Working in Dunbarton still let me to the woodboard reward.
I confirmed it again. Completing Simon and Walter's task led me to the woodboard reward.
I began the day working for Ascon only, no woodboard. I began at Edern, no woodboard. I do only Simon and Walter, woodboard reward. I also chosen to fail on completing their tasks, no woodboard.
I also noticed that the woodboard reward falls into as an intermediate level of reward.
Never mind, I guess it was just a thing that happens on Monday. However, the constancy of achieving the same outcome was very convincing. I kept achieving the woodboard-reward after completing those 2 tasks and not getting any if I did not do them. I will test this again if the months of Erin has any effect on this theory.
The term Intermediate to me, is that the player has to do enough of the part-time job for the reward to appear. Like the player does 3 or 4 times of the reward will appear. Different from the actual level of the part-time job in which the player receives after a certain point of doing that task for so many times according to the game. Next time I will leave my vocabulary out of the explanation - sigh...
Channel 4 of Alexina seems to be 2 hours late, Erin Time or roughly 6 minutes behind (in real-time) compared to other channels. Should this be addressed in the Current Bugs list? Should this be placed in the Time related articles?
Should we ignore the obvious or should we let players know that the site is down for close to 80 hours now on the front page?
Failing to cook the meal seems to let the player automatically complete the quest. Should I put this in or have more test it out. My other account's character failed to cook it yet right as soon as my character made Food Waste instead of the Pepper Grilled Silk-Striped Marlin; I ended up completing the quest instead.
It is not that what I have put in recently is any form of misinformation but actual occurrences.
The Ladeca Ice Wand (blacksmithed) is irreparable now regardless. The trigger of bandit ambush is now limited to the player only with their cargo. If they were to drop of their cargo and still attempt to trigger an ambush near the bandit it will still lead to an ambush. However, if they were to drop off their cargo far away and approach the bandit; this will not lead to an ambush.
Why are you making so many small updates to Pets and why? It seems like you are often removing information. You're also messing with the formatting a big, e.g. adding triple spacing.
I am not removing information at all. I am grammatically correcting the sentences.
The spaces make it easier to read. A big wall of text is hard to understand.
With so many edits, it's extremely difficult to tell what you are doing. And I don't think you should add terminology like appeal/repeal unless they are actually used in game. If a double space is not enough spacing for readability then that should be corrected via the style sheet, not triple spacing. Please revert them back.
Appeal and repeal are the correct terms for the words summon or the incorrect word unsummon. Players should at least know how to speak the term correctly even if it just a game. I hope to enlighten others with the grammatically 'proper' term.
What is grammatically incorrect about summon? Unsummon I can sort of understand, but those two words don't work for me. If anything it would be summon and dismiss, or something like that.
And no, I was speaking about the triple spacing in the plain text, not the result. You hit enter three times, therefore it's triple spaced. Double spacing makes the text interpreted as an HTML paragraph tag, which is what we want.
Also, please lump all of your edits into one edit instead of making single grammatical changes per edit. I can understand the need to go over the article multiple times, but you should absolutely be making more than one tiny change per edit given the volume of changes you're making.
Thank you, dismiss does sound better.
While editing I keep forgetting to review one part thoroughly and end up editing more than once.
It would be really really nice if you could try and condense the edits. I understand forgetting sometimes, but you've made a lot of edits!
Don't worry I am through with the Pet descriptions.
The article for the most had good English grammar specially the Rebirth and Miscellaneous. However, several parts in the article I had trouble understanding. Some sentences had words that did not need for emphasis and some parts did not have details why the emphasis was even there (i.e. Obtaining Pets). I smoothened the part for about the tint it is much more easier to take in.
Most of the article needed update, such as the Features. It lacked the idea of what some pets are able to do. I know 'Pets' will be linked to the Pet Category but I put in what seem to be missing because the Pet Category did not have description to begin with.
For the most part the data I included were info that may introduce the players to what those link are. It is understandable that the links have their own description but should this article lead them to the data beforehand?
I know there are editors that review most of all the information in the articles in the wiki. Through my review of some parts needed some input because they lack contribution.
It would be nice if there were contributors who will be as meticulous or tireless as I am. There are articles I would like to edit or even add on but sometimes I lack all of the data for my info to be confidently placed.
The Bandit page is my favorite - most of what is there was most of my input. I was glad that others have even edited what I put in and some even added what I decided not to put.
I would only like to carefully edit articles most useful to me and others. I hope not to make others feel their input was incorrect, of which they are not. Mostly I only edit grammar and some data that I feel should be highlighted and added.
I did notice why I keep editing some parts over and over; it was due to the article not fitting with the information around it. I would not like to talk about Alchemist skill if all my editing only contributed to information on Range Attacks in that article. It would not relate at all.
I'm glad you like making articles more readable, but it worries me a little that your grammar and language in the past two comments have been wooden and in some cases wrong. By all means I encourage making articles better, but I hope you're taking feedback from other editors about grammar like you did above.
So far you are the only commenting about the pets and no one else.
If you meant about contribution I wouldn't know the scope of what others contribute. I am not judging that. What I am saying is that not many are active enough to update somethings most players have such as equipments. Those areas still have some parts lacking. What I mean is that I wish that the players who have these items contribute instead of leaving others not knowing.
I know there is a world of other things outside the game but it seems even though dedicated as they are to play the game it would be nice if they share what they know. No one can be forced to do this however, many other things that have been around for months, the articles dedicated to those certain things still more data.
Come what may...
You're still making multiple small updates to the pet pages. Just preview the page first and then continue to edit it from there.
I keep forgetting that, thanks for the reminder.
I am proving my case by going back and forth, playing the game.
Although, I am done for now.
You don't need to advice players to use housing fliers and moon gates to move from place to place in the generation quests. It should be presumed that players already know this and do not need to be reminded at every turn.
I'll try to limit the info I have already stated, though I hope it will not leave the players without any option.
Look at it this way: players did just fine without most of the (constantly repeated) info you added. If anything, players would gain options, as there'd be less hand-holding.
You mentioned using housing fliers around 10 times, same with wax wings. Then you mentioned waiting for Price in Tir about 5 times (which is a bad idea, especially if price is in dugald->in the next map from where you are). Price roams, and you could end up waiting hours until he pops up in tir. Like Farix said, mention it once, then leave it be.
Perhaps we can add general tips (mentioned once each) and other obvious tips often removed onto the Mainstream Quest Dependencies page and rename it?
Thank you Pyro, sometimes these tips are often overlooked and ignored. Assuming for that players know keeps the information organized but it would make it seem that some of the information left out may make it seem unusable in another.
Sure somethings are obvious that the strategy can be used over and over. Though to put the information in an area in the beginning of the quest or in the area for all quests may remove redundant information from many other articles. It may clean up some areas too if there is a general area for relative information.
It's not so much a strategy as it is knowing how the game works. By the time you reach G2, I would hope that you'd be able to grasp the concept of using housing fliers and wax wings without having the need to be reminded at the beginning of each section (like telling someone to log on before start...anything on mabi). I'd like to point out what Farix and I said earlier: "do not need to be reminded at every turn" and "Mention it once and leave it be."
I agree, putting the same info at the beginning of every quest would be... Redundant. That's why we should just collect all the beginner info in one place then link to it at the top of each first generation of a chapter. (G1, G7, G9, and G13. G2 and G8 maybe as well in case people end up skipping.)
And when I say that I also mean things like people on the same part who do the same dungeon together will count for both, etc.
