Elf will slow down

did you even try wielding a kite shield on a elf? I've tested numerous times and I know for sure that elves slow down to exact human speed when wielding a Kite Shield!. I don't know when elves slow down... but I think elves not to slow down because of equipment. ;( --ForestKuret 03:00, 10 July 2009 (UTC)
