You should seek help when filling out the information. Although it is none of my business, I should inform you of a few things: (Using your first chart as a primary example)

"Critcal" means your occurance rate, not skill rank
Black Knight is NOT a race, if anything, it is an profession. You can see def by looking at your character screen, its better than "????",same with damage and protection.
I hate to break it to you, but your speed is "Slow", you are human.
CP is Combat power, it is a value determined by skills and stats. 3000 CP is nearly impossible at the moment. Enchants do not change base CP also, only CP ranking against monsters. Use a mod to see your true CP.
You cannot be all elements, that'd unpractical and it'd cancel themselves out. Element refers to your equipment element.
