Fancy / Delusional

Out of curiosity, is the actual Fancy enchant named "Delusional," or is that what it's called on the enchant scroll?

I've never held the enchant scroll, but its called "Delusional" when its on something ex) Delusional Tork Merchant Cap that is a reward from Fiodh int. for 4 I have a Corundum delusional tork merchant cap on my character
