The wiki has image policies, you can read them here.

I have the photo as a jpg on my phone and I can convert it on my computer and repost onto the wiki. Now it's deleted, it won't let me upload the file again.

Converted files are against the policy.

And I'm not sure where you took that image of the bag, because it was way too large.
