Mana Conjurer

Where did you get the stats for the Mana Conjurer enchant? I saw one the other day and (if I remember correctly) it was +10 Will, but you put it up as +4 Will. JP Wiki also says it's a prefix. Just want to clear this up so we don't have incorrect data. :)

This was from a friend that had gotten the es but sadly she had droped. If its incorrect i apologize for the bad info but she was sure of the info.
