"Cleaning" Images
Please only remove the background, including the background in the holes in images, don't remove the outline, and crop to size...
Again, same as above. Take this image for example. What you did is remove the background which was good, but you also removed the black outline that was a part of the image and you didn't crop to size, like how Angevon did.
Not trying to sound moderator-ish (not that I even want to), but please read over some image uploading and image cleaning guides before uploading images again. And reuploading a jpg image as a png should never be done unless the original jpg was uploaded using a picture tool like Paint.NET that can prevent discoloration.
One thing. I did not upload those images (if you even checked the uploader's User name). I just reuploaded them from the .jpg file onto .png. The original uploader was User:KaedeKit. EDIT: The reuploaded images were using Paint.NET.
You completely ignored my point and misunderstood. First of all, the jpg->png files aren't the ones that should be using Paint.NET. That can be done with Ms Paint. The jpg upload in the first place should be done with Paint.NET with certain configurations so it doesn't have discoloration. Only ever do the jpg->png if there is no discoloration in the jpg to begin with. And the original uploader did nothing wrong, don't blame it on him..
Even so, the ones you reuploaded it to was a png and the original file was a jpg. The only reason we don't like jpg is because 90% of the time it has discoloration. If your just changing the name of an already discolored image, there is no point.
Yes, that's good, as long as at no point it is a jpg or gif file and it is following the wiki image policy.
How is the image I uploaded discoloured? The image was from a screenshot I took (using PrtSc on windows mode and placed it on paint), and cleaned it properly using Adobe Photoshop.
It's a jpeg/jpg saved as a png. if you zoom in, it is very grainy and you can see the "fuzziness"
Until then, just leave the clean version as it is and stick a "need icon" tag or something for now...

Seriously?. . . Maybe it'd be better if you just upload it uncleaned and let someone else do it.
