Well what did you want changed? If something like this isn't made, then people will keep using that template on their pages. What satisfies you?

What would satisfy my was that if people would stop role playing on their wiki user pages and instead, contribute to the community.

If people would like a "omg im a user but i shall make monster templates on my page because i dun lyk contribootin" template, make one, but don't copy the actual Monster template and call it your own. There should be some line of distinction between these two templates.
