re-adding {{!!}} template

Why completely write out {{!}} or {{!}}{{!}}? You can just type out ! or !!.

Pyro, try copy and pasting the following code on a test page:

It may just be my browser, or "if" statements just are annoying to deal with.

I've only ever used it in tables, never in if parameters.
