Renaming Images?

I'm new to Editing wikis, and I added an Image to the Heart Fire Wand page. But I didnt know I accidently named it incorrectly. I guess it got removed because of that. I tried to reupload it to put my image back in because I saw that it got removed. How do I do this? Everytime I try to do it, it says "This image already exists. Please add a different description." D: I tried putting a different description in to get it working but it didnt. I'd really love to contribute to this wonderful wiki. >: Thanks <3 Sorry for being a newbie! I also tried the Edit file Firefox addon but the addon itself is gone.

What you do is put this on the file's page: {{delete|redirect to [[File:[Filenamehere].png]]}}

Replace [filenamehere] with the name you want the file to be.
