Policy

I've updated the policy, please take a look. It's mostly the same except that I took out some fluff and added some specifics, including some broader things that should exclude unwanted trivia as we'd discussed on the forums.

If it's okay with you, or after any changes, then I'll announce the change.

A few too many exclamation points for my tastes, hehe, but it's definitely a lot less intimidating now.
