My charicter shut down

This is not the place to post this. Please submit a ticket through the support center. They will get back to it, even if it takes 6 months+.
Though i'm sure you've done this but, check your spam/junk mail. Mine ended up there.
You might know this but just in case you didn't know,
they sent the codes for AP potion through email, not automatically received like VIP service.
You have to manually check it in your email to receive it.
