redoing Artisan upgrades.

o-o I think we should redo them to make it look like the Bracer's and Champion Knuckle's pages o-o...it looks better and people might not be so confused x.x?

I mean, Artisan just adds stats, and the changes don't really reflect on the weapon but rather when a person equips it.
