Movement Speed Bug With Fleet Feet and Shuriken

Not really sure where to mention this but equipping both Fleet Feet (female version personally used) and a shuriken (Starblade personally used) causes some movement speed buffs to not take effect.

While March Song and Fleet Feet footwear's passive movement speed increase effects are nullified, Shadow Cloak and Demigod still grant their respective movement speed bonuses. Exclusively equipping either Fleet Feet or a shuriken seemingly allows all of the aforementioned movement speed bonuses to take effect.

*Scientifically measured by counting in my head and running between guild stones alongside the anniversary festival.
