Checked the list, and I've noted that it does not list trump man hats as a drop for joker boxes. I've found 2 hats so far from joker boxes. :x Will add later when i'm not feeling dog-tired. EDIT: Also found a heart fire wand. I think you can find everything you can get from normal boxes.
