"Rank C, 7, 4, and 1 "Collect a Rank Monster" total requirement counts are subtracted by one. This is due to the lack of update to accommodate the new creatures (Blade Wyvern, Snowfield Slayer, Korsek Raptor, and White Dragon) for their respective ranks"

Blade Wyverns and the like are all obviously there now.... also, the only groups that seem to universally have a decreased collection count are ranks 3-1.
