Stacking move speed

I have some tests at the bottom of the page here, but I haven't tested the feather stacking because it's very tedious to do this type of test, I don't have a wave sweeper, and 1% differences are almost impossible to tell.

You get a free (unrepairable) 10% wave sweeper from g21. I want to be able to test feather and the 2% title myself but I agree, the 1-2% boosts are so small you can't factor out latency in a way that still maintains accuracy of distance moved.
