"Whisper of Tuan" affects party, or only the owner ?

"Whisper of Tuan" affects party, or only the owner ?

When summoning the Spirit of Tuan, "Whisper of Tuan" executes, claiming to affect the whole party.

On this page, it states:

*The owner earns 2x Music Skill EXP and extended Music Buff Duration while playing music near it.

Specifying the "owner" only getting the effects.

Does the party benefit off of the Whisper of Tuan's effect (2x Music Skill Exp and Music Buff Duration) as well, or only the owner?
