Training EXP also goes into your normal leveling experience, and as Meru said it also applies to every skill.

Never noticed that :/ Even tested it with other skills and didnt get any results, might have done the training on them though... xD
If it's something like "0.1" and/or you're high leveled you wouldn't notice it.
